We offer free shipping on orders over CAD $75 across Canada. For other orders, available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout.

Made-to-Order Processing

Atelier Genesis operates on an exclusive drop model. Select pieces are cut, finished, or prepared specifically for your order. Made-to-order pieces require production and processing before dispatch. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. No fixed processing timeframe is promised in this policy. Please contact us through our store chat before ordering if you need your piece by a specific date.

Domestic Dispatch & Delivery

The carrier and service used depend on the shipping option available for your order. Delivery expectations depend on the destination and carrier service; this policy does not guarantee a fixed domestic delivery timeframe. Refer to any estimates provided at checkout or in your shipment details. Carrier delays can affect arrival dates.

Tracking
